Browns increased their lead to 10-0 with a 3-yard touchdown pass from Brandon Weeden to Dion Lewis.
Travis Benjamin gave the Browns a 17-0 lead on a 91-yard punt return for a touchdown.
After a Rams touchdown, Shayne Graham hit from 41-yards to give the Browns a 20-7 lead.
Browns led 20-10 at halftime.
The Rams provided the only scoring in the third quarter with a field goal as the Browns led 20-13 at the end of the quarter.
Browns hang on to win 27-19.
