A weak weather system will come through the area tonight and bring some decorative snow showers to the area. They won't add up to much (maybe an inch or two east...otherwise just a dusting).
The southwesterly winds of change will be picking up tomorrow. We'll have partly cloudy skies, but that brisk wind will be the main reason temperatures will be on the move.
The overall atmospheric pattern will shift for next week, which means warmer temperatures and an easy melt for all of that snow we have on the ground.
Tonight: Scattered snow showers (little to no accumulation), otherwise mostly cloudy and breezy. Upper teens/low 20s
Friday: Partly cloudy. Windy. Near 30
Saturday: Partly cloudy. (Snow chances pick up overnight into Sunday). Low 30s
Sunday: Mainly cloudy with snow showers. Mid 30s
Monday: Partly cloudy. Mid 30s
Tuesday: Partly sunny. Upper 30s
Wednesday: Partly sunny. Chance for rain late. Upper 30s
Thursday: Mainly cloudy with rain showers. Near 40
(We will be timing a front for the Wednesday-Thursday time frame expected to be the first of several fronts that will lead us into another pattern change for mid-month. Yep, back to the cold stuff.)
