Cleveland Weather: Arctic Blast Arrives!!

The blast of Arctic Air has moved over Northern Ohio, but the coldest is yet to come!!  This Deep Freeze will be with us all week.

Sunday night will be Cloudy, Windy & much Colder with occasional snow showers.  Mostly areas will see 1" or less accumulation, the Snowbelt could see 1"-3".  Low: 16.  Wind: West 10-15, gusts-25 mph.

A LAKE-EFFECT SNOW WARNING has been issued for Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake Counties from 10 AM Monday morning, until 7 AM Wednesday morning.

Monday will be Cloudy, Windy & Very Cold with Snow Showers.  1'-3" for areas to the West & South, 4"-6" accumulation over the Snowbelt.  High: 20.  Wind Chills: Below 0.  Wind: SW-W 15-25, gusts-40 mph.

Snowy, Windy & Cold Monday night.  Low: 9.  Wind Chills: Zero to -10.  Wind: West 15-25, gusts-40 mph.

Tuesday, more of the same:  Snowy, Windy & Very Cold.  High: 13.  Wind Chills Below Zero.  Wind: West 15-20, gusts-30 mph.

TOTAL SNOWFALL by Wednesday Morning: 

3"-5"....West & South

4"-8".....Eastern Suburbs

8"-14".....Snowbelt.

Wednesday will be Mostly Cloudy & Cold with snow showers tapering off.  High.

Thursday will be Mostly Cloudy with scattered Snow Showers as a storm system moves up from the south.  High: 27.

Friday will be Mostly Cloudy with Snow Showers.  High: 27.

Saturday will start out with a few left over Lake Effect Snow Showers, then Partly Sunny.  High: 23.

Sunday will be Partly Cloudy.  High: 28.
