CLEVELAND -- The drama over Cleveland City Council redistricting continues.
On Monday night, Council did not take an expected vote on a final version of the city's redistricting ward map.
Council President Martin Sweeney decided tha complicated legislation and the last-minute map changes required more time for members to review them.
Some groups still upset by the last-minute changes -- Hispanic leaders still concerned that Ward 14 does not have a high enough Hispanic population to elect an Hispanic council member.
And some Tremont residents are upset with how their neighborhood is split into different wards.
Council plans on voting at the April 22 meeting.
Council needs to meet a May 6 deadline for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
