STEUBENVILLE -- It's day four of the teen rape trial in Steubenville where prosecutors and the defense both rest their cases following the 16-year-old accuser's testimony.

Evidence was entered into record and closing arguments were given by both sides. Today's court session ended around 8 p.m.

Judge Lipps is expected to rule on the case at 10 a.m. Sunday.

The party and her drinking came under questioning.

The alleged victim is 16 years old. She wore glasses and spoke deliberately. Her tone was timid and a little unsteady.

She remembers little of that night, but with conviction she tells Judge Lipps what she drank and the way she felt for days after.

The alleged victim frowned when she saw a photo from that night blown up in the courtroom. When she was handed a nude photo text message sent among teen partygoers, she broke down and cried.

"I was just not myself. I wasn't being myself," the girl said.

The girl testified she had a mixed drink, some red alcoholic punch and a shot. She remembers leaving the end of the summer party with defendant Trent Mays but not Ma'lik Richmond.

"I remember walking down the steps and in the street . That was it," she said.

The prosecution says the girl was sexually assaulted by both defendants,l once in the back seat of a car and a second time in the basement where she woke up.

"It was really scary. I was embarrassed and scared. I didn't know what to think. I couldn't remember. I woke up with no clothes on. I didn't know what happened at all, " the alleged victim said.

Pictures of the alleged victim's tweets and text messages were all the girl had to put the night before together.

A friend told her to watch a Youtube video. It's former Steubenville high athlete Michael Nodiamus telling the world wide web she was raped.

The girl's testimony wrapped up the prosecution's case. The defense had already had some witnesses take the stand, out of order, to accommodate travel.

More from the alleged victim and the debate over how drunk is too drunk to make informed decisions at 11.
