BAINBRIDGE -- You've just picked out the perfect Christmas tree and taken a picture of the kids with it. Now you have to get it home and wrestle it into the stand so it stands up straight.
What if your dreams of a towering tree collide with the reality of your Mini Cooper's ability to carry it?
Here's a way to avoid the wrestling altogether and help others at the same time.
Starting November 19 and throughout the holiday season, Lowe's Greenhouse will be providing free delivery and setup of Christmas trees in exchange for a donation to Bainbridge Area Food For Friends.
(If delivery and setup are not desired, a 20 percent discount can be substituted.)
Free delivery (up to a $100 value) is available to all communities in The Chagrin Valley, Aurora, Solon, Mantua, Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, and all other communities within ten miles of Lowe's Greenhouse. See map

Last year, food donations totaled more than 3,000 pounds, and monetary donations were in excess of $2,000.
Lowe's Greenhouse is located at 16540 Chillicothe Road (state Rte 306) in Bainbridge Township, Ohio 44023.
